Altenar is seeking a Feature Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of multiple features at a time by functional teams working together within the context of one platform architecture. The successful candidate will have experience in leading projects within the context of software development and IT infrastructure, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Graduate-level education in a related field (ex: CS, Engineering, Operations)
- Experience in leading projects within the context of software development and IT infrastructure and involving multiple teams or parties
- Experience in leading projects through their full lifecycle including risk assessment, tolerance tracking, and delivery of non-functional requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge and proficiency in at least one project management methodology and at least one visualisation/tracking tool
- Experience working with ITIL processes for Service Management
- Experience and/or training in people management, conflict management and negotiation
- Prior roles as an individual contributor in a technical role
- Proficiency in the use of Atlassian JIRA and associated plug-ins
- Formal certification as Scrum Master, PRINCE2 practitioner, PMbok or other relevant methodology
