Post-Close Analyst, Granite

We are seeking a Post-Close Analyst to review and update construction documents, maintain and update construction budget details, and communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors.

Requirements

• Graduate
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must have experience in US mortgage documents review process
