Job Description
Altorfer Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician to perform shop service and repairs, focusing on Terragators, Rogators, Spra Coupe, Cat Lexion Combines, and Challenger tractors. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic, electrical, and other systems. The company is a family-owned third generation business established in 1957.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a formal technical training program preferred or 2 years of AG machinery knowledge and experience required
- Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and CAT Programs
- Knowledge and experience working with parts books
- Good communication skills and ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
