Job Description
Franciscan Health Mooresville is seeking an MT/MLT/Laboratory Scientist to process and report test results in a fast-paced, 36-hour-per-week rotating schedule. The role involves performing test performance, reporting, and adhering to quality control standards. The position requires participation in quality control and compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology
- Bachelor degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology
- Bachelor degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences
- At least 1 year of relevant full-time clinical laboratory experience
- Performance of waived, moderate, and high complexity tests
- Ability to adhere to quality control procedures and compliance standards
