Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of training experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Project management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement
- Ability to motivate and influence team members
