Senior Property Accountant

Amacon is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to provide accurate and timely reporting of property management accounting. The role will report to the Director, Operations Accounting.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting
• CPA designation an asset
• 5+ years' experience in full cycle real estate accounting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight timelines while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
