Job Description
The Amalgamated Foundation is seeking a part-time, short-term, contracted Operations Associate to support high-priority internal systems and special projects under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong comfort and experience with spreadsheets and data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe for basic design work
- Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, tracking, and managing event logistics
Benefits
- Paid hourly rate of $30/hour
- Flexible remote work options (20 hours a week on contract)
- 6-month contract term
