Relationship Manager Funding - Branch Satrio

This full-time, contract position will focus on securing funds in the retail segment, managing existing funds, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves identifying potential business, promoting and marketing funding products, handling customer issues, and building relationships with both new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Identify potential business from customer
• Promoting and marketing the product especially funding product (Deposit and CASA)
• Responsible for conducting fund raising customers (funding)
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customer
• Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issue as well as provide excellent services to customer
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent selling skill, target-oriented, and have self confidence
