Job Description
Amaze Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join their virtual care team. The role focuses on providing patient-first solutions using remote diagnostic tools and technology, ensuring clarity, compassion, and confidence in healthcare. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, diagnoses, prescribing, and collaboration within a flexible, on-demand environment.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure as an NP
- Compact nursing license
- Minimum of four years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care
- Strong communication and digital literacy skills
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
- Must live in one of the specified states
