Job Description
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking qualified clinicians to join their team as Home Health RNs in the Parker to Castle Rock Area. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and helping with skills needing to be assessed or managed, while also offering education.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and documentation
