SUPERINTENDENT ASSET PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
Candidate must have 15+ years in operations/industrial environments with 7+ years in leadership roles. A Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field and Lean Management certification required. Experience in Lean deployment and team coaching is essential
Superintendent warehouse & packing
10+ years of experience in warehouse and packing operations, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, Strong communication and leadership skills
FIELD SUPERVISOR OSP EXECUTIOIN
10+ years of experience in pipeline project management, engineering degree in mechanical or equivalent, strong leadership and technical skills
Two Trainees in Communication (Toamasina/Antananarivo)
Enrolled in a State-approved Institute, University or School; University diploma in Communication, Commerce & Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent; Strong knowledge of computer tools
ENGINEER PROCESS DESIGN
Chemical/Metallurgy Engineering degree or equivalent from a recognized University, 6+ years of experience in process improvement
