Workplace Operations Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Workplace Operations Manager to own and continuously elevate the San Francisco workplace experience at Ambience. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role responsible for ensuring the office runs with quiet reliability while feeling warm, energized, and deeply intentional.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Workplace, Office Operations, Facilities, or similar roles, with demonstrated ability to manage complexity in a fast-moving environment
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus experience with Notion, procurement tools, asset management systems, or space planning platforms
