Requirements

• Perform equipment start-up and commissioning of newly installed HVAC systems
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system life and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues
• Verify that control systems and safety devices are functioning correctly
• Work with project managers and installation teams to resolve post-installation issues
• Document all service and maintenance work performed
• Provide clear communication to customers about system performance
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
• Participate in training to stay current with HVAC technologies
