Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in managing the residential real estate property for the client by performing various duties, including data entry, rent collection, and inspections.
Requirements
- Six months to a year of related experience and/or training
- Experience in LIHTC property management required
- Valid State Issued Drivers License
- Apartment Managers License when required by State Law
