Build Engineer

Build Engineer will take new product designs and bring them to life, assisting Design Engineering with figuring out how to manufacture them at production facilities. Responsibilities include prototyping, manufacturing, and testing of new hardware designs, as well as working with customers and test engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable and optimized for reliability and cost.

Requirements

• Exceptionally curious and fast learner
• Ability to use engineering first principles to challenge and simplify requirements
• Hands-on and practical
• Independent and creative
• Experience with mechanical design
• Proficient in CAD, PLM/PDM systems, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience in hands calcs and basic FEM
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residence required due to ITAR regulations
