We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (m/f/d) for our production site in Berlin. The role holds full responsibility for all financial and accounting matters of the plant.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, and cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP accounting and knowledge in US-GAAP accounting
- Experience working with shared service or finance service center models
- Solid understanding of group reporting structures and corporate finance requirements
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, business-oriented mindset
- High level of independence, ownership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
