Customer Account Specialist

As a Customer Account Specialist, you will work within a plant to support customer requirements, manage internal reporting, and act as a liaison with sales representatives.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business or a related field
• 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
• Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP System
• Superior teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and computer skills
