We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to elevate sales performance, modernise our enablement programs and fuel sustained revenue growth. As a strategic, analytical and collaborative enablement leader, you will shape how our sellers operate, deliver targeted coaching, and ensure our teams are equipped with the tools, content and capability to win consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership or a similar commercially focused role
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions, ideally within technology services, consulting or a high-growth environment
- Demonstrable success designing enablement programmes that drive measurable improvements in pipeline, win rates and seller performance
- Expertise in coaching, content development and embedding sales methodologies and best practices
- Highly analytical and data-driven, confident using insight to influence decisions and stakeholders at senior levels
- Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complexity into practical, high-impact enablement initiatives
- Organised, collaborative and energised by building scalable processes, systems and content
- Passionate about modern sales methodologies, commercial excellence and continuous improvement
