Amer Sports is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing ANZ team in Victoria, Australia. This strategic role focuses on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SOX. The role requires close collaboration with multiple teams and involves supporting strategic initiatives across various business units.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in senior finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
- Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce)
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, planning, and analysis (Excel & Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to influence strategy
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream)
