Job Description
Arc’teryx is seeking a Head of Retail for Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on leading the growth of their retail operations, building customer experiences, and setting the stage for future retail success. The candidate will develop a long-term retail strategy, build leadership within teams, and drive impactful results across the retail fleet.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ leadership in retail/commercial roles within a global apparel or outdoor brand.
- Proven track record of creating and executing multi-year strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the retail landscape, with outdoor industry experience.
- Comfort leading through change in a high-growth, complex business.
