Job Description
Arc'teryxis is seeking a Store Lead to support the in-store experience and drive sales performance. This role involves leadership, exceptional guest experience, inventory management, and team coaching. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and a strong communicator.
Requirements
- One or more years of leadership experience, and 1 – 2 years of retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong time management skills
- Passion for customer service and product knowledge
- Availability to work 'Black Friday' and holiday season
