Assistant Branch Manager

Assist with direction and administration of Branch operations, oversee provision of services to members, train and direct staff, and perform various Branch functions as required.

Requirements

• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective professional business relations
• Ensures Credit Union service standard baselines and expectations are met
• Conducts regular service training to ensure staff provides the highest degree of excellence in every contact
• Effectively supervises Branch staff, ensuring optimal performance
• Provides leadership through professional example and communication
• Ensures that personnel are well-trained in all phases of their respective jobs and provides necessary cross-training for employee development
