Job Description
The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) is seeking a consultant to develop procedure manuals and practical guides for AML/CFT compliance officers in the exchange and banking sectors in Brazil.
Requirements
- Develop procedure manuals and practical guides for AML/CFT compliance officers
- Review and analyze national regulations applicable to the exchange and banking sectors
- Incorporate international standards and recommended practices derived from the FATF/GAFILAT
- Develop tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting systems
- Coordinate with the relevant COAF
- Consult with banking and exchange associations in the country
- Identify and manage institutional risks
- Provide compliance officers with practical tools for daily use
