Job Description
The American Bar Association (ABA) seeks an Associate Director Programming to manage overall entity operations, administration, and membership activities. The successful candidate will oversee staff, projects, and budget, and provide direction to volunteer leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university (or equivalent experience)
- 4-6 years progressively responsible supervisory and management experience in association, corporation, or comparable work environment
- Experience in program/project management, marketing, and budget development and monitoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Appropriate judgment, diplomacy, and professional demeanor
- Computer skills transferable to ABA tools and databases
