Inventory Control Specialist

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory management at their recycling facility and warehouse. This role involves data collection, compliance with safety procedures, process improvement, and support for shipping and receiving. The company specializes in lithium-based battery technology.

Requirements

• Leading a culture of safety compliance, especially regarding material handling equipment.
• Manage data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System and create reports.
• Establish and model quality control mechanisms.
• Complete physical tasks as directed, including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Managing the internal flow of raw material documentation and certificate creation.
• Developing and implementing cycle counts & root cause analysis to gather data to develop and improve training material.
• Research variances to determine the appropriate root cause, whether process or behavior and logs the information for operational review.
• Maintaining and communicating inventory accuracy or other metrics.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
