Maintenance Technician (Day / Night Shifts)

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at their Pilot Plant, enhancing production with hands-on repairs. The role involves maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and communicating production metrics. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a solid background in industrial manufacturing and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting as well as preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests.
• Guarantee that equipment is maintained in accordance with engineering standards.
• Work in conjunction with the Engineering team.
• Review and clearly communicate downtime and productivity metrics.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, word processing, and various computer applications.
• Experience collaborating with production teams.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
