Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (a plus)
• Proven experience in payroll administration
• Knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations and tax requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
