Job Description
American Bridge Company is seeking motivated students to join their Co-Op/Internship Program, which offers comprehensive hands-on experience in heavy civil construction. Students will rotate through Engineering, Estimating, and Field Operations, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge before transitioning into full-time opportunities with the company. The program spans bridges, marine construction, and specialty heavy civil work across the U.S.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong academic performance and interest in heavy civil construction
- Willingness to travel and adapt to project environments
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn
