Job Description
The ABS Academy Manager will define the content for e-learning and other training materials, working closely with instructional designers, multimedia staff, and SMEs. This role involves developing world-class training and ensuring quality, financial operations, and instructor coordination. The manager will also support client training and certifications, and maintain ABS quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in marine classification societies or related fields
- Knowledge of ABS survey requirements, audits experience, and MS Office proficiency
