Senior Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)

American Capital Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee a 305-unit project in Gresham, OR. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects and 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. The position requires experience with Procore, MS Project, and effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• 7+ years' of experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects required
• 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent is required
• Experience with Procore is required
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software is preferred
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
• Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
• Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
