Requirements
- Prior experience working through complex business problems with internal teams using a consultative approach
- Excellent communications, presentation skills, and ability to work with ambiguity
- Ability to define, think creatively, and to tackle problems
- Relevant Master's degree with the combination of a Business degree or any of the following fields: Machine Learning or computer science, statistics, mathematics with strong understanding of business and ML
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning models and techniques, advanced analytics and statistical methods to solve business problems
- 8+ years of work experience in a business environment with an analytics background
- Passionate storytelling and articulation by bringing data to life!
- Very strong programming background and expertise in using SQL
- Skillful in influence and relationship management skills; comfortable interacting across all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle ambiguity
- Sharp focus on results and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications
