Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in electrical systems (wiring, troubleshooting, controls).
- Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, gear systems).
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and read technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous experience with OSHA standards is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
