Operator Level I

The primary responsibility of the Stacker Operator is to operate the Stacker and Bundler area in a safe and efficient manner, while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced and active environment
• Ability to multi-task in a centralized area
• Content with getting dirty on the job
• Ability to monitor the process and detect subtle changes
• Capability of adapting to changing conditions in the process
• Ability to endure continuous physical demands
• Ability to spend entire shift on his or her feet
• Content with repetitive job functions
• Content working independently or alongside others
• Skills to be able to operate a forklift
• Ability to perform frequent visual inspections of product
• Minimal math skills
• Ability to proficiently read a tape measure
