Join a team that’s redefining excellence in senior living. We’re seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Corporate Operations Specialist to help us uphold that standard by supporting communities through times of transition, start-ups, or acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in healthcare management, business, hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Living operations, with proven leadership across multiple communities.
- Demonstrated success improving occupancy, managing budgets, and building engaged teams.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion and compassion for serving older adults and supporting staff through change.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 100% nationally, often on extended assignments (e.g., 10 days onsite, 4 days off).
