Job Description
LPN Position Summary- Night Shift-$4000 Sign on Bonus. Under the general direction of the Wellness Director, primary responsibilities include providing assistance to residents in maintaining their highest level of functional independence and psychosocial wellness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Experience with dementia residents preferred
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Current Unencumbered LPN license in the state
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 18 years of age
