Resident Assistant

Resident Assistants provide basic personal assistance to residents in maintaining their highest level of functional independence and psychosocial wellness.

Requirements

• Providing companionship and building rapport with residents
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as ambulation and personal hygiene
• Conducting daily tasks in a safe manner and adhering to safety procedures
• Communicating with family members and visitors
• Reporting concerns and changes in resident condition to the Wellness Director
