Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of the plants manufacturing of products within the TX facility. Ensures operational compliance with USDA, environmental, and safety regulations. Leads and manages the Production Team, and is responsible for Product Safety and Quality, Employee Safety, and Legality of Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline
- 8-10 years' experience leading Production Operations in USDA manufacturing plants
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
- BRC Certification exposure
