American Phoenix Pre-Weighed Chemical Packaging division is seeking an Office Manager to recruit, interview, and select employees, manage payroll and timekeeping, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions
• Manage payroll and timekeeping
• Maintain personnel records
• Comply with company policies and promote teamwork
• Understand, promote, and utilize risk, opportunity management theories/processes relevant to human resources
• Control ISO Documentation and maintain ISO changes and training logs
