Maintenance Technician

American Plastics is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic-injection molded products. We are searching for a Maintenance Technician for our Findlay, OH location. This position will report to Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States of America
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
• Must be able to work a 12-Hour Shift
• Prior Maintenance Technician experience required (injection molding experience a plus)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Must possess interpersonal skills and be able to communicate on all levels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, forklift experience or willing to learn.
• Has basic ability in the following skills: welding; brazing; soldering, or silver brazing; refrigeration repair; machine shop training; fabrication in plastic; electronic repair; and/or mechanical engine repair, transmission repair, robotics.
