Job Description
Avalon Village is now hiring an MDS Coordinator - RN to coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
