The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The role requires clinical judgement, leadership, collaboration, and a supportive presence to create a comforting atmosphere for residents.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
