Job Description
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is a federal government contractor supporting national priority programs. They are seeking an Aerospace Engineer to perform engineering in support of flight control system development, aircraft modeling, simulation, and test support. The role involves design, integration, and validation of aircraft avionics, sensors, and flight control systems. This position requires a Secret clearance.
Requirements
- Perform aerospace engineering in support of flight control system development; aircraft modeling and simulation; analysis of aircraft flight dynamics.
- Support the design, development, integration, and test of aircraft flight control systems and autopilots.
- Develop, integrate, and validate models of aircraft flight dynamics and subsystems.
- Support lab, ground, and flight qualification testing.
- Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship.
