Job Description
American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide a safe and efficient environment for patients in their Ambulatory Surgical Center during the perioperative phases. The role involves patient assessment, preparing the operating suite, assisting during procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. AVP values teamwork, quality, and employee growth.
Requirements
- Greets and admits patients to the pre/post-operative area
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care
- Provides physical or emotional support as needed
- Maintains accurate and complete records
- Attends to patient's condition under local anesthesia
- Manages immediate postoperative care
