Enrollment Specialist (New Patient Onboarding)

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for supporting new patient onboarding by coordinating with internal departments such as pharmacy, referrals, and marketing. This role ensures patient needs are addressed efficiently and that onboarding is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues clearly
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with peers, business units, compliance professionals, and external partners
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
