Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for delivering both production support and project initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, performing data and reporting analysis, and ensuring clear communication across project teams.
Requirements
- Represent business and provide expertise on project initiatives
- Identify business requirements, assess design and process specifications, create accurate documentation, drive progress against project plan, and provide timely updates across our organization through the life of the project
- Monitor and evaluate potential business-driven or regulatory changes that may impact the organization
- Act as liaison for team between other business units, technology, and external vendors
- Lead and facilitate issue resolution to support project progress and address production challenges
- Provide support to the Trading Organization with ownership of release management
- Lead small to medium scale projects and provide documentation, status updates, testing and implementation
