Job Description
We are seeking a Manager-Legal IND to provide company secretarial support for UK subsidiary entities, including Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, and fund governance structures.
Requirements
- Attend and minute Board meetings for subsidiary Boards, Committees and LLPs, and shareholder meetings
- Draft accurate, high quality minutes within agreed SLAs
- Prepare agendas, and independently assemble and distribute Board, Committee and Shareholder packs using electronic Board Portal
- Prepare action lists and co-ordinate the timely follow up of actions
- Support working with Legal, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and with good corporate governance practices
- Work with colleagues to respond to KYC and RFP requests
