Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst - FP&A to join our team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting and managing financial data, preparing monthly reporting packages, and analyzing financial and operational impacts of new business prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis within a large corporation or global business service environment
- Proficiency in Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) systems and Workday
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams
