Requirements

• Education as cand.pharm. or equivalent
• Norwegian authorized pharmacist
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical work experience from a Norwegian pharmacy
• Leadership experience is preferred
• General industry knowledge and knowledge of pharmacy operations
• Good understanding of business and economics
• Goal-oriented, results-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills
• Structured and systematic working style
• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
• Practical orientation for effective problem-solving
• Decision-making ability
