We are seeking a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of FP&A professionals and provide decision support to business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business administration, and management, with experience in financial planning tools and systems.

Requirements

• Lead a team of FP&A professionals
• Provide decision support to business leaders
• Manage the fiscal year planning process
• Partner with the VP of Finance, Business FP&A, Strategy, and Operations teams
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial analysis
• Maintain the company's financial models
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Oversee investment decisions
• Develop and implement a management reporting framework
• Identify risks and business opportunities
• Develop and document financial policies and processes
• Drive automation and scalability of the FP&A function
