Requirements
- Debug and fix simple bugs
- Build new code with technical and architectural guidance
- Good understanding of.net and C#
- Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns such as Dependency Injection
- Write reliable unit tests either in TDD or post-implementation to 80% of code coverage
- Review all code against coding standards and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate effectively with testers and DevOps
- Diagnose Third Line support enquiries related to product areas you have worked on
- Attempt to understand and resolve the root cause of support issues to prevent reoccurrence
- Contribute to sprint refinement, risk analysis, planning, review and retro meetings and development task estimations
- Understand the need for efficiency in code and can avoid writing inefficient code
- Understand common security vulnerabilities and avoid introducing them in code
- Applies a methodical approach to routine and moderately complex issue definition and resolution
- Performs a range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine, in a variety of environments
- Applies creative thinking or finds new ways to complete tasks
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills when engaging on issues with colleagues, users/customers, suppliers, and partners
